This exciting scavenger hunt and trail explores the history of New Lanark through the eyes of Hamish, a New Lanark Millworker who’s recently emigrated from the Comhairle na Gàidhealtachds. Follow in Hamish’s footsteps to learn fascinating facts about New Lanark’s history – and a bit of Gaelic too!
Your Hamish from the Comhairle na Gàidhealtachds Scavenger Hunt is included in our Visitor Centre Ticket. Complete your Gaelic adventure to earn a “Hamish from the Comhairle na Gàidhealtachds” sticker and a chance to dress up at our Dress up Station in the Visitor Centre Reception!
