Seachdain na Gàidhlig
World Gaelic Week
Seachdain na Gàidhlig is facilitated by Hands Up for Trad, Scottish Charity No 035 190.
Join our local Green Health Walk and reconnect with the natural world. This walk will celebrate Seachdain na Gaidhlig and we will be accompanied by Gaelic medium pupils from Ardnamurchan High School who will play and sing some Gaelic songs on our walk!
Enjoy gentle exercise, friendly company, and plenty of fresh air. Each week we explore a different theme, helping you discover more about the nature right on your doorstep. All walks in our Short Walks into Nature series are flat, less than an hour long, and suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
If this is your first Short Walk into Nature, a booking form will be available for you to complete at the start of the session—new walkers are always welcome!
For more information, please contact Eilidh-Ann at 07884 102584 or eilidh-ann.phillips@highlifehighland.com.
This event is free to attend, but we ask for donations for this event to help with our work, which goes towards education about and protection of the nature of the Highlands. Please give what you feel you can afford.
* Please be aware that there is a minimum donation of £1 required to book on via Eventbrite. This does not go to the Ranger Service but is to cover Eventbrite Fees.*
