Thigibh còmhla rinn airson bùth-obrach peantaidh neo-fhoirmeil air a bhrosnachadh leis na dealbhan aig Yasmin Davidson agus Dòmhnall MacLeòid.
Bidh an neach-ealain Anne MacKenzie a’ cumail seisean sìtheil a’ sgrùdadh dath agus obair-bhruis às deidh tadhal gailearaidh gus an dà thaisbeanadh againn fhaicinn, Dùthchas: Tro lèirsinn a’ pheantair agus Donald McLeod Retrospective: The Receding Tide. Tha fàilte oirbh dealbhan a thoirt leibh airson obrachadh air, ‘s dòcha sealladh-tìre air a bheil thu eòlach no cèilidh shònraichte.
Thèid a’ bhùth-obrach a chumail sa Ghàidhlig sa mhòr-chuid, airson cothrom a thoirt do dhuine sam bith a tha ag ionnsachadh Gàidhlig a’ chànan is gnàthsan-cainnte a’ cleachdadh, air feasgar càirdeil agus cruthachail. Bu toigh leinn cuideachd duine sam bith aig a bheil Gàidhlig tighinn airson a’ chòmhraidh agus barrachd ionnsachadh mu dheidhinn peantadh. Bidh fàilte bhlàth air blas na Gàidhlig!
Chan eil ach deich àiteachan ri fhaighinn agus mar sin feuch gun glèidh sibh tiogaid air an làrach-lìn againn, tron t-siostam Pàigh na Thogras Tu, far am bi sibh fhèin a’ taghadh dè phrìs tiogaid a bu toigh leibh pàigheadh nuair a tha sibh ga ghlèidheadh. Ma ‘s urrainn dhuibh pàigheadh airson tiogaid, bidh sin na chuideachadh do Thaigh Chearsabhagh gus barrachd den phrògram againn a chumail saor agus ruigsinneach.

Join us for an informal painting workshop inspired by the paintings of Yasmin Davidson and Donald McLeod.
Artist Anne MacKenzie will lead a relaxed session exploring colour and brushwork after a gallery visit to see our two current exhibitions, Dùthchas: Tro lèirsinn a’ pheantair and the Donald McLeod Retrospective: The Receding Tide. You are welcome to bring along photographs to work from, perhaps a familiar landscape or a sentimental moment.
The workshop will be held primarily in Gaelic, perfect for anyone who is learning to explore vocabulary and idiom in a friendly and creative environment. We would also encourage anyone who has Gaelic to come along for the chat and learn more about painting. Bidh fàilte blàth air blas na Gàidhlig!
Spaces are limited so please book via our website, using our Pay What You Decide ticket structure, where you simply choose which ticket price you would like to pay during booking. Paying for a ticket when you can supports Taigh Chearsabhagh to keep more of our programme free and accessible.
