24 February @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

- Free

The event celebrates the launch of “Dundee’s Gaelic” booklet and Dundee’s connection to Gaelic culture, language and history.

The authors of the booklet will hold a talk on some of the legends and interesting facts about Gaelic in Dundee and how Gaelic history is today shaping our language and culture. The theme of the event “Building Gaelic Connections in Dundee” highlights how the past connects to the present and how important it is that we don’t forget the Gaelic past of our city.
There will be a “Quastion and Answer” session where attendees can ask our authors questions about Gaelic in Dundee, and there will also be netwroking opportunities. The event will end with a short and fun quiz for those attending.
Refreshments will be provided.
